Detailed Itenary
Day 01: Dehradun – Sankri (2000m) 9hr Drive
Early in the morning, meet us at Dehradun...
We will then start the picturesque journey to Sankri, where we will camp at 6,400 feet above sea level. Along the route, you’ll pass through stunning towns like Naitwar and Mussoorie. You’ll be on a once-in-a-lifetime drive to reach base camp. You will be in the middle of nature the entire drive, with breathtaking views, the aroma of pinewood, and Himalayan plants and animals. The trip will take roughly seven or eight hours to finish. The magnificent and breathtaking drive will win your heart right away. Pine and oak trees will greet you, while the Yamuna and Tons rivers will run alongside you.
After checking into your accommodation and dropping off your bags, explore the charming tiny village of Sankri. There is a lot of natural beauty in this little Himalayan village. Hikers and those who enjoy the outdoors are familiar with a place. Sankri is renowned for being a popular destination for trekking. Accessible from the Sankri base camp, the most popular hikes are the Kedarkantha and Har ki Dun excursions. Shutterbugs are well familiar with this place as a place to satisfy their appetite for photography.
Day 02: Sankri (2000m) – Juda Lake(2900m, Trek/3-4 Hrs)

mostly pass through the woodland. After making our way to Saur village, we’ll ascend to Juda-ka-Talab, a tiny pond that freezes over throughout the winter. This lake offers breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and has a religious significance. Travelers can be enchanted by its vistas. Once you see it, you won’t be able to turn away. You won’t be able to describe your feelings. Because the words will be brief, only you will be able to sense it. As we ascend farther, we will catch a view of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks. We will reach the meadows and set up our tents for the night after another hour of hiking.
Day 03: Juda Lake (2900m) – Base Camp Kedarkantha (3400m, Trek/5 Hrs)

Our journey to the 11,250-foot-high Kedarkantha foundation will commence following a delectable breakfast. The hike should take four to five hours if you take enough breaks. The trail follows a clearly designated path and is initially nearly flat. But soon after, it enters a dense forest of pine and oak, and then it opens up onto beautiful meadows with little shepherds’ huts scattered throughout. You will be astounded by the majestic panorama of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks of Bandarpoonch, Swargarohini, Kala Nag, and Ranglana. The stunning vistas of these mountains are well known.
There isn’t a space between these hills and the sky when you look up at their summits. These peaks are the result of Mother Nature’s magnificence. These are invaluable natural gems. Once you’ve seen the view, it will permanently alter your thoughts and feelings. You will never forget the scenery from these summits. Ranglana is 5,554 meters high, Kalanag is 6,387 meters high, Bandarpunch is 6,316 meters high, and Swargarohini Peak is 6,252 meters high. Both of these summits are part of the Garhwal Himalaya.
In your comfortable tents, you will share your experiences with your traveling companions while enjoying a delectable dinner and a restful sleep.
Day 04: Base Camp – Kedar Kantha Peak (3800m)
If the base of Kedar Kantha were that lovely, just think of the vista from the summit...
The ascent is steep, but the distance to the peak is short. It will take us four to five hours, depending on the snow conditions, to determine the optimum path. From the summit, you can see the valleys and every mountain in the Yamunotri, Gangotri, and Kinner Kailash ranges. We will then travel all the way down to Shepherd Camp after descending the peak, depending on the path we choose. We’ll camp there for the night.
Day 05: Juda Lake – Sankri – Dehradun (2 Hr Trek / 8 Hr Drive)
Today, after a quick hike, we will drive directly to Dehradun...
Enjoy your breakfast while taking in the Himalayan splendor as the sun rises. After that, it will be time to bid Kedarkantha Trek farewell and start our descent to Sankri. Around nine o’clock at night, you can reach Dehradun. This marks the end of the amazing voyage.
